- By selecting industry, occupations and skills on your profile, you refine your job or employee search to a specific area of interest based on your selection.
- The search time between potential candidates and employers is shortened.
- By choosing the industry, you narrow the search for candidates or ads and avoid cluttering your Newsfeed with content that does not belong to your area of interest.
INDUSTRY
- You can select only one industry.
- You can change the industry at any time under the heading "Edit profile".
- By selecting an occupation within the industry, you minimize the search for candidates or ads and determine the priority content you want to search for and this directly affects the PJ Match option. Find out more
OCCUPATION
- When creating a private profile, you can choose one of the offered occupations. If you want to choose more occupations, you can do so via the section "Edit profile".
- When creating an ad, you can select more than one occupation.
- If your occupation is not on the list, send your proposal via the available proposal form.
SKILLS
- By choosing the skills that you think best describe you and your abilities, you complement your profile, or your presentation to future employers.
- The system takes selected skills into the equation and filters ads that would potentially suit you based on that.
- By choosing the skills when creating ads, you further refine the search for potential candidates who would best suit your needs.
- By selecting a level on the scale offered for each skill, you give an even more precise insight into your knowledge and abilities.
