Job Description

Competition for the position of Hotel Director (m / f). Job description: - hotel management - application of Standard operating procedures in the facility - responsibility for the quality of services in the facility - monitoring and analysis of monthly operations and proposes measures to increase economy and productivity - compiles work dynamics and annual leave of employees based on the staff plan - development of the annual staff plan for the needs of the accommodation facility - responsibility for the entire property of the facility - organizes the introduction of new employees and controls the proper and timely execution of work obligations

- Higher education / university degree in hospitality and tourism, economics - high level of managerial skills - minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the same / similar jobs - high computer literacy - active knowledge of two foreign languages; advantage EnglishWhat do we expect? - high level of verbal and written business communication- excellent knowledge of computer work and MS Office packages- desirable experience in tourism (hotel) - desirable knowledge of hotel programs and applications- proactivity, communication, teamwork
