The bartender ensures guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality service. Bartenders work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Primary Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Cash Handling: Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Help guests select menu items, take order and make guests feel taken care of
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the dining room
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Wash and sterilize glassware

- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
