Job Description
  • Implementation of the construction plan and compliance with performance specifications
  • Economical use of personnel, materials and equipment on the construction site
  • Technical guidance and control of subordinate employees
  • Keeping a construction log / daily reports
  • Calculation of working hours of subordinate employees
  • Daily instruction and control of maintenance and repair of equipment

Conditions:

  • Successfully completed professional development / qualification as a manager
  • Several years of professional experience in construction and track construction
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations
  • Compliance with legal regulations
  • Great flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Leadership skills, ability to work in a team, initiative
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • The employer has the option of hiring only candidates with EU citizenship
