Job Description
  • Performs work of harmonization of commodity and financial bookkeeping
  • Post the issued journal entries to the financial books
  • Performs bookkeeping adjustments related to inventories and all necessary postings Post all internal calculations (related to internal costs: consumables, representation, damage write-offs, passenger samples, children's gifts, small inventory, fixed assets)
  • Participates in the preparation of financial statements (annual, periodic and as needed)
  • Participates in the reconciliation of the general ledger and analytical records Prepares other necessary documentation for the preparation of financial statements
  • It takes care of the storage and archiving of documents from its scope of work
  • Follows professional literature in the field of bookkeeping and all regulations on material and financial operations as well as explanations and interpretations of all regulations
  • If necessary, he performs the tasks of other financial accountants. He also performs other tasks determined by the immediate supervisor
