Job Description

Job description: daily communication by e-mail with existing foreign customers from receiving orders for processing to delivery, processing orders within the production plant, coordination with other departments within the plant, organization of delivery of orders to customers, invoicing and other supporting documentation for deliveries within the EU and third countries, responding to customer inquiries, etc., preparing various management reports.

Conditions:

Experience of at least one year in jobs in similar jobs (supply chain within the production company B2B).
Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing, daily communication with foreign clients and the sales department in Italy.
Knowledge of procedures related to deliveries to the EU and third countries.
Computer skills.
Precision and accuracy in work, concentration, organization, communication, teamwork.
