Job Description

Description of jobs:

participates in making calculations for offers and standardizing items
participates in the processing of inquiries and cost estimates
participates in unifying, checking and verifying the calculations of other team members for the preparation of the offer
responsible for the preparation of cost estimates for electrical works
responsible for harmonizing calculations, creating a bid price list for electrical works
participates in the creation of price lists for materials
conducts market research for new products and their prices and suggests the use of new materials
responsible for creating operational and financial plans for electrical works, responsible for their implementation and realization
participates in the creation of construction books and construction diaries and signs them
responsible for control and verification of accounts in the program related to electrical works
participates in coordination activities on projects
takes care of the quality of electrical work as well as maintaining the agreed terms and conditions
responsible for the quality of the performed electrical works and compliance with the norms according to the rules of the profession
with the supervisory service of the investor, he initiates all issues related to the smooth and up-to-date performance of all electrical works on time
participates in the organization of internal control on facilities, considering the quality of the performance of the facility or works
performs or organizes all other tasks related to the construction site and his workplace
performs other tasks according to the order of the immediate superior
