The motivational letter must be clear, concise, and readable, avoid writing essays and long, extensive texts.
Pay attention to the content in order to stay on track and not get lost in the details.
Of course, don't forget the grammatical and spelling mistakes, and if necessary, ask close people to review it again so you don't miss something.
Each motivation letter must contain basic information:
- First name, last name, and contact (phone number or email address)
- Title of the ad you're signing in to and the platform you've found it through
- Three to four articles about your skills. Don't overdo it because no one reads long and tedious texts
- Highlight the skills you own that your employer is looking for in his ad
- If you have attached documents, be sure to list the same
- Do not forget the greeting and the signature at the end, so you don't leave a frivolous impression
A motivation letter, unlike a CV, can have a personal note if you want to refer it to a specific person, or you must contact them using their name and title.
Do not forget to be interesting because it is one of the most important features since you want to attract the reader's interest.
Try to be yourself as much as possible and mention it if you have an interesting hobby or skill because as long as what you say refers to the person you are, it deserves to be written.
