How to reduce work time without downsizing productivity

author
Most of us dream of warm summer days, hanging out with our closest ones on open space with long walks, while our work is done in such time that leaves us with enough free moments during the daytime.

The key to the balance lies, in more productivity, without more work hours. If you are not sure how to achieve that, don't worry you are not the only one, but today various apps can help you organize your work time, like Wunder list.
Specifically, it is a comprehensive planer with which you can communicate, share info, create lists, or delegate assignments, which by a great deal reduces the loss of work hours.
We also bring a couple of tips that you can use by three career counselors:

Practice open communication

“If your work schedule can’t support free summer evenings, try talking to your supervisor about arriving earlier, to justify leaving earlier. Your supervisor will appreciate your diligence, and you will have a more flexible summer schedule."Matthew N. Ford

Set confines

“Be flexible, but clear. Think about the availability of others, but be sincere with yourself and your schedule. If your colleague wants to make an appointment, let them know how flexible you are during business hours and that you have obligations after 5 pm Monday through Friday."  Avery Blank

Focus on the most important tasks

“Start by determining how much time you spend on individual tasks. Assess their importance or relevance to your overall performance or project. Then set priorities when solving these tasks. Once you're done, you'll feel easier, more fulfilled, and better.” Adrean Turner
