What is the PickJobs platform and how does it work?

    • A detailed profile allows each job seeker the opportunity to represent themself  to employers and and as the end result of the search is desired job for job seekers.
  • Employers can enable advanced search of employees profiles and advanced search of Job Ads of other companies.
    • Quick and easy communication with potential candidates through the platform.
    • Preliminary check of candidates and their abilities through the PJ QuickTest option.
    • Quick and efficient classification of registered candidates with PJ Select option.
    • Creating maps for the purpose of organizing candidates.
• As a private user, you have the ability to follow employers, their activities and news such as newly published Job Ads.
• As an employer, you have the option of adding private users to your database that is implemented in the platform for easier sorting or for the purpose of subsequent employment of candidates for some future jobs.
